  • 1 lbs scallops
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup white wine dry
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • Creole powder seasoning
  • 1 onion minced
  • 1 garlic minced
  1. Season the scallops and shrimp in Creole seasoning, salt and pepper
  2. In a casserole dish place the scallops, shrimp, butter and ¼ cup wine and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
