Ingredients
- 12 medallions of kangaroo 2 lbs of meat
- 1/5 cup green peppercorns
- ¼ cup Worchester sauce
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- ½ -1 cup red wine
- 2 table spoons butter
- ¼ cup demi glaze
Instructions
- In a frying pan add butter and melt
- Put the kangaroo in and quickly cook until medium rare
- Add the garlic and brown
- In a pot add the red wine, green peppercorns, Worchester sauce, glaze and bring to boil
- Add salt and pepper for taste
- Add the kangaroo to the sauce so it soaks the flavor up
- Enjoy your dish
Notes
This dish is delicious. If you are interested in trying something new this is not a giant leap from anything you are probably used to. It is a much tastier

I love your vids and your recipes! i was wodiernng though about this recipe, what type of worcestershire sauce do you use? the only kind i have found has high fructose corn syrup, is there one that is available that doesn’t have it?
I made this recipe, but I used seaofod stock instead of beer. It turned out well. I think I added too much salt to it. But, it was very well seasoned and great tasting!!
