Grilled Salmon is a absolutely delicious and healthy recipe. The soy sauce is a perfect pairing with it.
  • 1 table spoon oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 center cuts Atlantic salmon
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • ¼ cup cilantro leaves chopped
  • 1 small white onion minced
  1. Preheat the grill
  2. Add the onion and cilantro to the oil in a bowl
  3. Add salt and pepper and mix
  4. Season the salmon with salt and pepper
  5. In another bowl add lime juice, soy sauce, and honey and stir together
  6. Take the salmon place on tin foil add the onion and cilantro leaves on top of the salmon (place the mixture evenly over each salmon piece. Also each salmon piece gets its own tin foil)
